Our Story: Our founder, Steve, began this journey as a real estate investor himself. Frustrated with the typical property management experience, he saw an opportunity to build something better—something built by an owner, for owners. With a deep understanding of the unique needs of property owners and the daily responsibilities that come with managing properties, Steve created a company rooted in empathy, efficiency, and integrity.
What started as a one-person operation has grown into a full-service property management company. Today, we proudly operate with a dedicated in-house maintenance team and a responsive administrative office, all working together to provide reliable, hands-on service throughout the City of Good Neighbors—Buffalo, NY.

As our Client Concierge, Lisa is dedicated to providing clear communication and exceptional service to our property owners — ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. With a strong background in operations across a variety of industries, Lisa brings a proven record of achieving excellent results. She manages key administrative tasks such as tracking delinquencies, coordinating with our legal team during eviction processes, monitoring lease renewals, and assisting with tenant move-ins when needed.

She’s been with the company through many transitions and knows the ins and outs of the process like no one else. From rental applications and screening to on-boarding and lease generation—Laura has likely guided you every step of the way. Her attention to detail and dedication make her an essential part of the team and a go-to resource for both new and current tenants.
